Prices and Payment
All product prices include VAT. See your shopping basket to view the total price of your items, including all fees, VAT and freight charges. The terms of payment are indicated in the shopping basket based on your chosen method of payment. Freight terms are specified in your shopping basket according to your chosen method of delivery.
Note: For countries outside the EU there may be additional local charges such as taxes and customs fees to be paid by the customer.
Right of Return
You have a 14-day period in which to return your purchase. When notifying us of a return, you must clearly indicate that you wish to return your purchase. Your 14-day return period begins from the day you receive your order or a significant part thereof. If you have ordered a custom-made product or a product that has been specially adapted, your 14-day return period begins from the day we first provide you with information.
You forfeit the right to return your order if the product's seal has been broken.
When Returning a Product
The product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. You may not use the product, although, naturally, you may carefully inspect it. Should the product be damaged or lost as a result of negligence on your part, you forfeit your right of return.
Adriana Kuhl AB operations adhere to the Swedish Personal Data Act (Personuppgiftslagen 1998:204). When you register and place an order with us, you consent to Adriana Kuhl AB storing and using your personal information in accordance with the above Act as part of our business activities in order to fulfil our agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive a copy of the information we have registered about you. If this information has errors, is incomplete or is irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be either corrected or deleted. In such cases, please contact us by e-mail.
Delivery times are stated in your shopping basket under each freight alternative. Should a different delivery time apply for a product, this will be stated alongside the relevant product. Adriana Kuhl AB will notify you if we are unable to deliver a product by the given date.
Goods are to be returned at your own cost unless they are defective or have been delivered in error. Returns are to be sent either as letters or packages. When exchanging products, Adriana Kuhl AB will pay the new freight charge for shipping the goods from us to you. When returning a purchase, mail the product to us.
Refunds: If you return a purchase, Adriana Kuhl AB will reimburse you for the cost of the goods as soon as possible, though no later than 30 days from the date on which we receive the goods. You are responsible for freight charges incurred for returning the goods to us. Adriana Kuhl AB will always pay the return freight charge for returning replacement items. See also the Swedish Consumer Agency's Act on Consumer Protection in respect of Distance Contracts and Home Sales Contracts (Distansavtalslagen SFS 2000:274).
Other Information about Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
You always have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods to exchange them for another or return the purchase. You must do so within 14 days from the date on which you receive the goods. The seals on the products must be completely unbroken and the products unused. You must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order if your package has not arrived. You have the right to open the postal package to check that you have received the correct goods. The packages containing the goods are transparent, allowing you to see if you have received the right product without having to break any seals. Should you return a product that is either open and/or used, then the product will be sent back to you. Should a product be enclosed in packaging that prevents you from seeing it, you may open the package in order to check its contents. If the wrong product has been delivered, or you wish to return it or exchange it for another, you must print out a returns form from our website and post it to us together with the product. IMPORTANT! You must complete and send a returns form together with the goods so that we know who has returned the goods.
In the case of disputes, Adriana Kuhl AB policy is to follow the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes' (ARN) recommendations.
Note that if you are under the age of 18 years, your guardian's consent must be provided. Otherwise, a person over the age of 18 years may place your order for you. Adriana Kuhl AB accepts no responsibility for persons under the age of 18 years who place orders without the consent of their guardian, in another person's name, or in any other way.
When a customer has placed an order for a product with us, it is the customer's responsibility to read and thereby accept the terms of sale, regardless of whether the order is placed by phone, e-mail, or online.
The orderer is responsible for the product ordered once it has been opened and used. We take no responsibility for the way products are used and handled after their packaging has been opened. In the case of refunds, the ENTIRE product in question must be returned to us for inspection. We cannot provide a definite guarantee period for consumable products, such as hair, once their packaging has been opened. We do guarantee the genuineness of our products, however. If the hair's packaging is unbroken, we provide a one-year guarantee.
We deny all responsibility for the hair when being coloured as we cannot guarantee the outcome regardless of which hair colouring method is used.Machines and equipment come with European plugs and can be used in Europe. Adriana Kuhl AB provides a one-year guarantee for all machines and equipment.
