Mail the product(s) back to us, together with the returns form. (The return form and the product in its entirety must be included in the package.)
You have 14 days in which to return a purchase from the date you received the product. NB! You are responsible for ensuring that the products are returned to us. A refund will be paid only if the product packaging is unbroken. If the wrong product has been sent to you, Rapunzel of Sweden will pay the return freight charge.
If you wish to return a product for which you have been invoiced, then this product will be removed from the invoice. If you paid using a card, then the refund will be credited to the card with which you made the payment. If you have paid the purchase fee into our account in advance, then your refund will be paid into the account you specify on the returns form.
If you wish to make a complaint concerning the product, you must send the goods to us together with a full description of the problem. The product is then analysed (takes up to 2 weeks). We will contact you at once as soon as we have an answer and a solution! Complaints can be made within 14 days of the date of your order, within one year if your complaint should concern machinery and electronics.
